Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AIEngine Stack Private Limited ("AI Engine Stack," "we," "us") collects and uses information through aienginestack.com. It applies to this website and the forms on it — not to any separate work covered by a signed engagement agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What We Collect

We collect information in two places on this site:

• The contact form. Name, work email, company (optional), and whatever you write in the message field. We also automatically log the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string — standard technical metadata used for spam filtering and troubleshooting.
• The booking calendar. The scheduling widget on our Contact page is provided by Cal.com, a third-party service. When you book a time, Cal.com collects and processes that booking directly — your name, email, and selected time slot. We receive the resulting booking details, but the scheduling infrastructure itself is operated by Cal.com under their own privacy policy, not ours.
• The Fit Check tool. The ROI Calculator and Feasibility Check on our Method page log the numbers and answers you submit, along with the result shown, anonymously — no name or email is attached unless you use the optional "email me this result" field, in which case we also store that email to send you the result.

We do not currently run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy to reflect it.

How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation if relevant, and for our own business record-keeping of who we've spoken with. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where It's Stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a database we operate on our own server infrastructure, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Email notifications about new submissions are sent through our business mailbox, hosted by Hostinger.

How Long We Keep It

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain business records of our conversations. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
